Palletizer & Depalletizer

Accelerating the automation with the overwhelming power of the robot.

The palletizer (PLZ001 / 003) and depalletizer (DPL001) automatically stack and unload trays filled with eggs. The robot automatically transfers the pallets and dividers, making it possible to save manpower and labor in a series of palletizing operations.

Features

Stacking On The Pallet

The palletizer stacks four stacks of trays from the conveyor to the pallet. You can stock up to 12 pallets and up to 60 dividers. The automatic discharge type (PLZ003) automatically transports the completed pallet to the take-out position by a conveyor. Regarding the materials used, pallets are more durable and harder to break than trolleys, which reduces replacement costs.

Pallet Transportation System

The pallet transport system is a system that transfers eggs using NS-trays, dividers and pallets. A maximum of about 13,000 eggs can be stored in one pallet (when 6 layers are stacked). By introducing the palletizer / depalletizer, not only can transportation be streamlined, but storage space can be saved.

Unloading From The Pallet

A depalletizer is a robot that transfers stacked trays loaded on a pallet to a conveyor. Four stacks of trays can be unloaded at one time, and processed dividers and pallets are automatically moved to the stacking position. The trays unloaded from the pallet proceed to the egg washing, grading, and packing process.
